We offer four Standard memberships at SixFour3:

Rookie Membership ($39.99/month): Provides self-service, anytime access to our facility for up to 2 hours per month, bookable in 30-minute increments. Includes access to general purpose lanes, as well as specialized lanes (where applicable) such has Hack Attack / SpinBall (pitching machines), WallBall, et al.
House Membership ($89.99/month): Includes everything in Rookie, plus monthly instruction with any of our trainers, with 1, 30-minute lesson per month.
Travel Membership ($209.99/month): Includes everything in Rookie, plus monthly instruction with any of our trainers, with 4, 30-minute lessons per month. Members also receive a 10% discount on add-on services.
D1 Membership ($239.99/month): Includes everything in Rookie, plus monthly instruction with any of our trainers, with 8, 30-minute lessons per month. Members receive a 20% discount on apparel and equipment (excluding bats and gloves, which have a max 10% discount on these memberships).

Additionally, we offer a PLUS+ add-on for extra value, including multi-location use, access to technology systems like HitTrax, and additional weekly self-service time (up to 6 hours per week).

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we offer merchandise gift cards that can be purchased online at www.sixfour3.com/giftcard. These gift cards can be redeemed at the ShopWall kiosk in any of our locations. If you’re interested in gift cards for services or memberships, please contact us directly for assistance.

How do I cancel (or "pause") my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please reach out to us through one of the following methods:

Important Notes:

If you have a lesson-based membership and there are remaining lesson benefits on your account, you will not be able to book lessons during the 60-day Grace Period. After the Grace Period expires, any remaining lesson benefits will be forfeited.
If you reinstate your membership before the end of the Grace Period, your remaining lesson benefits will also be reinstated.
Alternatively, you may choose to downgrade to any of our other memberships to keep your unused lesson benefits active. These benefits will roll over indefinitely with an active membership.
Every year on your anniversary date we charge a $25 annual maintenance fee. If the anniversary date falls within the grace period, and you attempt to reinstate during that window, the system will apply the reinstatement fee when you reactivate your membership.

Membership Price Change - Effective January 1, 2025

Why are membership prices increasing? We are adjusting membership prices to reflect rising operational costs and ensure we can continue to provide the exceptional facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, and high-quality services you’ve come to expect. This change helps us maintain a sustainable business while investing in the growth and development of our athletes.

When will the new prices take effect? The new membership prices will go into effect on January 1, 2025 (and will be reflected on your first billing date in 2025).

What are the new membership prices?

Rookie Standard: $39.99/month
House Standard: $89.99/month
Travel Standard: $209.99/month
D1 Standard: $339.99/month
PLUS+ Add-On: No Change ($30/month)
A la carte Lesson: No Change ($55 per 30 minutes)

Will my current membership benefits change with the price increase? No, all membership benefits will remain the same. You’ll continue to have access to self-service, instructor-led sessions, and the high-quality training environment you’ve come to rely on.

Can I lock in my current rate? Unfortunately not, this change applies to all current and future members.

How will I know if there are future price changes? We are committed to keeping our members informed. Any future price changes will be communicated well in advance via email, website (FAQ's), etc.

How do I upgrade / downgrade / change my membership?

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership, simply click on your Profile link, click the "Change Membership" link (or just navigate to the Memberships page), choose the player account and the new plan you would like to change to, click the "Change Membership" button at the bottom of the page and complete the checkout process.

You will have the option of applying the change immediately or at the start of your next monthly term. Please keep in mind, if you are upgrading and you choose to upgrade immediately, you will be charged the difference from the value of your current membership and the price of the new membership. You will also immediately receive any new membership benefits, but your billing term will NOT change. If you don't want to be charged until your next term, simply choose to "Upgrade at End of Term"…. Downgrades, on the other hand, will take effect on your next billing date always.

What is the Grace Period?

Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime without penalty, and you can rejoin without penalty within 60-days of cancelation (the "Grace Period"). Should you rejoin after the 60-Day Grace period, a $25 reinstatement fee will be assessed, and your new anniversary term will be the new date of signup (which is relevant for the purposes of the Annual Maintenance Fee]. Please keep in mind, if a membership is canceled and not reinstated prior to the end of the Grace Period, any lesson benefits that exist on the membership at the time of the cancelation, will be forfeited.
