We offer four standard membership levels at SixFour3. Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we offer merchandise gift cards that can be purchased online at www.sixfour3.com/giftcard. These gift cards can be redeemed at the ShopWall kiosk in any of our locations. If you’re interested in gift cards for services or memberships, please contact us directly for assistance.

How do I cancel (or "pause") my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please reach out to us through one of the following methods:

Please make sure to read about our Grace Period, which applies when you cancel your membership.

Important Notes:

If you have a lesson-based membership and there are remaining lesson benefits on your account, you will not be able to book lessons during the 60-day Grace Period. After the Grace Period expires, any remaining lesson benefits will be forfeited.
If you reinstate your membership before the end of the Grace Period, your remaining lesson benefits will also be reinstated.
Alternatively, you may choose to downgrade to any of our other memberships to keep your unused lesson benefits active. These benefits will roll over indefinitely with an active membership.
Every year on your anniversary date we charge a $25 annual maintenance fee. If the anniversary date falls within the grace period, and you attempt to reinstate during that window, the system will apply the reinstatement fee when you reactivate your membership.

What is your Cancelation policy for self-service bookings, lessons and events?

For self-service and instructor-led services, we require at least an 8-hour notice in order to receive a full credit (i.e., session benefit, service or payment credit). For Events (e.g., Camps, Clinics, etc), we require 48-hours notice. If your cancelation occurs outside that 8-hour window, you will be automatically credited. If you paid for the service with a session benefits, any applicable benefit will be automatically returned to your account. If you paid with a credit card, we will apply a credit to your "Virtual Wallet", which will be made available to you at the time of checkout to be used for any [applicable] future service. Should a refund be required, please contact us.

Our instructors / trainers are in high-demand and payment to them is guaranteed, once we are within the respective cancelation window. We do this primarily to protect our trainers, who often have difficulty filling openings on short notice and would otherwise be left without payment for their time. Given the mass volume of day-of cancelations, this is also done to protect our business, as well as our membership base from "phantom" or "placeholder" bookings. Our hope is that cancelations are done as early as possible, but if it is within the 8-hour window (including No-Shows), forfeiture of your benefit or payment is required, regardless of the reason for cancel.

What is HitTrax?

HitTrax is a combination of infrared camera hardware with a fully integrated software program designed to give softball players instant feedback on their hitting metrics and exit velocities. You can read more about HitTrax at www.hittrax.com.

To have access to the HitTrax you will require the PLUS+ membership, which is an additional $30.00/per month (and also includes additional Self-Service access and multi-location access). With the PLUS+, you will receive a login profile to the HitTrax system to track and manage your sessions and gain access to individual reports and analytics.

Question 6

What is the Grace Period?

Should you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at anytime without penalty, and you can rejoin without penalty within 60-days of cancelation (the "Grace Period"). Should you rejoin after the 60-Day Grace period, a $25 reinstatement fee will be assessed, and your new anniversary term will be the new date of signup (which is relevant for the purposes of the Annual Maintenance Fee]. Please keep in mind, if a membership is canceled and not reinstated prior to the end of the Grace Period, any lesson benefits that exist on the membership at the time of the cancelation, will be forfeited.
