When are session Benefits deducted?

As of September 18th, 2023, all benefits are deducted at the time of booking, meaning you must have available benefits in order to book a service. The system will notify you if you do not have enough benefits to complete a booking and will provide various options. Keep in mind that your benefits are replenished monthly, so if you run out during your term, the system will still let you book out (within the 14 and 21 booking windows) by allowing you to "borrow" in advance of your next replenishment. This will ensure that you will always be able to book in advance, when booking into your next term.

*Note: Although we replenish benefits on a monthly basis, we still have weekly maximums that the system will enforce (2 hours per week for Standard memberships and 6 hours per week for PLUS+ add-ons).
