What are PEAK hours?
While we stay active year-round, our busiest times can vary depending on the region, as different geographies experience different off-seasons and climate conditions. For example, in colder areas, the off-season typically falls between January and March, when athletes and teams focus even more time and attention on indoor training. To accommodate all members fairly during high-demand periods, we may enforce daily self-service booking limits during these peak times. These limits can apply at any point when usage is higher than usual due to weather or other factors. Some common peak periods include:
Ad-Hoc Days: Due to inclement weather (e.g., rain, snow, extreme temperatures)
Off-Season: Example: January through March in colder climates (Weekdays 5 PM to 9 PM, Weekends 10 AM to 2 PM)
Other High-Demand Times: As needed throughout the year, depending on regional conditions
We kindly ask members to only book the time they intend to use and to be mindful of the entire community’s needs. If you don’t need the time, please avoid booking it, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to train during busy periods. NOTE: Our everbook booking system will automatically enforce Peak Hours at the time of booking.
