How do I cancel a service booking?

To cancel a service, navigate to your My Appoints tab, find the Upcoming Appointment you would like to cancel, and you will see a "Cancel" option on the far right. Simply click that and confirm the cancellation. Please be sure to review our Cancellation Policy.
