What is a Digital Wallet?

The Digital Wallet is your secure balance within the SixFour3 system and can be used toward memberships, lessons, self-service bookings, camps, and clinics, (but not for retail or ShopWall purchases). Balances are typically created when a previously paid service is cancelled and credited back to your account (or, in some cases, when an admin adds a promotional credit). If you have a positive balance, your Digital Wallet will automatically appear as a payment option during checkout—just select it to apply your funds. You can check your wallet balance anytime by logging into your SixFour3 booking account, selecting your Profile, and scrolling to “Wallet Balance” (note: if you don’t have a balance, you may not see this section). Wallet balances never expire and will remain active if a cancelled membership is reactivated prior to the Grace Period expiring.
