Location Change Request

For members interested in accessing multiple SixFour3 locations on a regular basis, we recommend upgrading to our PLUS+ membership, which provides access to all participating facilities. If your goal is to update your primary location rather than access multiple locations, you may request an update to your primary facility under the following conditions:

Members are permitted to update their primary SixFour3 facility once every six (6) months. This applies to all membership levels.
Members must submit a formal request to update their primary location via email or text.
After a primary location update, members will be required to wait a full six (6) months before submitting another request. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances, such as relocation.
Any location-specific membership rates or benefits may adjust based on the chosen facility’s pricing and service structure. Members will be informed of any changes in pricing or benefits.
