I had an account on your old site, how do I migrate it to the new site?
If you have an existing account with SixFour3 as of September 17, 2023, you would have received an email from us with instructions on how to validate your new account. If you don't have that email, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page (bookings.sixfour3.com/login). If you struggle with the Forgot Password option, or need any other help, please contact us at info@sixfour3.com.
The steps for verifying your account are below (demonstrated in the video)...
You will receive an email from bookings@sixfour3.com.
Copy the temporary password.
Click the link in the email (“Click here to validate your account”).
Enter your email address and temporary password.
Create new password (at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number & 1 symbol).
Confirm and Proceed back to the login.
Enter your newly created credentials and Login.
For Parents Handling Account Management:
If you are the primary account holder (often referred to as the "Parent" in our system), responsible for all booking, billing, and account management on behalf of your player/child, please follow these steps:
Update YOUR OWN contact information and address under the "Personal Details" section at the top of the page. Be sure to confirm your Primary Location is correct.
Scroll down to the "Create Account For" section and choose the appropriate number of child "PLAYERS" on your account (up to 3). Be sure to provide or update the First Name, Last Name, and Birthdate for each player who either has or intends to have a membership or wishes to book a service as a non-member.
After completing the necessary updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
After saving, you will be taken to you profile where you will see your membership information. Please ensure for accuracy and contact us if you have any questions.
You are now ready to book services! You can visit this help link for an overview on how to book in the new system.
For Players Managing Their Own Account:
If you are the player on the account, meaning you are responsible for your own bookings, billing, and account management, please follow these steps:
Scroll down to the "Create Account For" section.
Select the "PLAYER" option.
Fill out your personal details and address information as needed.
After completing the required updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
You are now ready to book services! You can visit this help link for an overview on how to book in the new system.
