# How far in advance can I book a session?

For instructor-led services, bookings can be made up to **21 days in advance**, and for self-service bookings, you can reserve up to **14 days in advance**. Booking availability updates every **30 minutes**, meaning a new booking opportunity opens up for both 14 and 21 days out, depending on the service type.

**Example**: If today is January 1st at 10:00 AM:
* You can book an instructor-led session as far out as **January 22nd at 10:00 AM**.
* You can book self-service time as far out as **January 15th at 10:00 AM**.

This rolling schedule ensures that every half-hour, new slots become available, giving you more flexibility to plan your training sessions!
