How do I book a service?
After logging in, you will be redirected to the Book Services page (alternatively, you can click on the "Book Services" link in the top navigation at any time).
Self-Service (_**for which a membership IS required**_**)**
Click the Self-Service option first, then confirm the player for which this service will be booked. The location will default to your primary location and won't allow you to change it, even if you have a PLUS+ membership (until such point we have added more locations to the system). Continue with your selections, first choosing the Service Category, the Date of the service, the Service Name, the number of Slots, and finally, the Time. Click the "Book Service" button and you will see the service added to your cart. You can choose to "continue shopping" by adding more services, or you can confirm the checkout process. If successful, you will be presented with a "Congratulations" message.
*Note: A Slot is equivalent to a 30-minute service and requires a single member benefit. In order to complete a booking, you must have the requisite number of benefits available, otherwise you'll need to wait for your membership to replenish.
Instructor-Led
Click the Instructor-Led option first, then select the player for which this service will be booked. The location will default to your primary location but can be changed since instructor-led services can be purchased "a la carte" across any location. Continue with your selections, first choosing the Service Category, the Date of the service, the Service Name, the Instructor and the number of Slots. From there, you will click the "Check Availability" button. The results will show you not only the trainers availability for the date you selected, but also other trainers that offer that service on the same day. From the "Select Time" column, choose the time you want and click the "Select" button to add it to your cart. If you don't find the result that you are looking for on that date, you can click the any other date on the timeline, or you can start your search over. After you've made your selection, you can choose to "continue shopping" by adding more services, or you can confirm the checkout process. If successful, you will be presented with a "Congratulations" message.
*Note: A Slot is equivalent to a 30-minute service and requires a single member benefit. In order to complete a booking, you must have the requisite number of benefits available, otherwise you will have the opportunity to pay the a la carte fee for the lesson (less any discount you receive with your membership).

Click the Event option first, then select the player for which this service will be booked. Choose the location for which you'd like to search and click the "Check Available Events" button. The results will show all available events for the chosen location. Choose the event you'd like to purchase and click the shopping cart icon to add to your cart. You can choose to "continue shopping" by adding more services, or you can continue with the checkout process. If successful, you will be presented with a "Congratulations" message.
