# Can I find all availability for a specific trainer instead of searching by a specific day?

Yes! The quickest way to check availability for a specific trainer is by using the arrows to navigate between dates. For example (in the screen shot below), if you select a date for "Sophie" and she’s not available on that day, you can use the arrows to move back and forth within the 21-day open window. Look for a “green tile,” which indicates that the Trainer (Sophie, in this case) has availability on that date.
