Can I edit my personal information (ie, phone number, email, players, etc)?
How do I edit my profile in EverBook?
Members can now update their own personal information directly inside EverBook. This feature was added based on frequent requests for simple updates like phone number or email changes.
Below is everything you need to know about editing your profile.
Where do I go to edit my profile?
- Log in to your EverBook account.
- Tap or click Profile in the top-right corner.
- Next to your name, you’ll see a pencil icon (✏️). Select this icon to enter Edit Mode.
What information can I update?
You can edit almost all personal details associated with your account, including:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Home address
- Player details
- Add additional players under your account (see more below)
These updates take effect immediately. Please note, updating your email inside your Profile will also update theemail you use to log in to EverBook.
Your password will remain the same, and you can continue logging in using your new email + your existing password.
Can I add or remove players?
- You CAN add new players to your account from the Edit screen.
- You CANNOT remove existing players.
If a player needs to be deleted or detached from your account, please contact your SixFour3 facility team for assistance.
Can I change my primary location?
No. **Members **cannot change their primary location through the Edit feature.
If you need to update your primary location, reach out to your facility’s front desk or support team and they’ll make the change for you.
Does editing my profile affect my membership?
No. Updating your personal information does not impact your membership level, billing details, or access privileges.
When will this feature be available?
The Edit feature has been fully tested and will be live in production shortly. Once live, it will appear automatically in your Profile section—no action required.
